Rachel Slezak, LMHC, ATR, PMH-C
I am a licensed mental health counselor and registered art therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting adults through some of life's most challenging and transformative moments. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't always come from words alone — sometimes it emerges through color, image, and imagination.
I hold perinatal mental health certification and bring a warm, attuned presence to my work with clients. Whether you are navigating a significant life transition, carrying the weight of grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself, you don't have to move through it alone.

No prior experience with art-making is needed nor engagement in art therapy required — and therapy doesn't have to look like what you imagine. My approach is collaborative, creative, and deeply human. Together, we work at your pace, building a space where you feel safe enough to explore, to feel, and to begin to heal.
I am currently welcoming new clients with limited availability. I'd love to connect and see if we might be a good fit.
